Range of Application and Use:

Advance Glass Protector can be applied either indoors OR outdoors. It provides surface protection for all non-absorbent glass and glass-like surfaces such as:

·         Artificial Glass, Coated Glass, Enamel, Float Glass (normal clear window glass), Hard Glass(ESG), Screen Printed Glass, Textured Glass.

·         Wash basins, Showers, bathtubs, Swimming baths, toilets etc.

OR in range of applications 

·         Glass facades, Glass panels, Insulation glass, Marquees or Canopies, Mirrors, Glass shower cubicles, Winter gardens.

Advance Glass and Ceramic Protector is a coating material on basis of the chemical technology and achieves an excellent dripping off of aqueous and greasy liquids and facilitates the removal of dirt and lime remains from sanitary ceramics OR glasses.

Dilution                                  :   None

Quantity to be applied        :    10-25 ml per m2 (approx.)

Curing / Drying                    :     2-3hours (minimum), Preferably 24 hours

Storing and durability     :  Refer to safety data sheet, imprint on bottles OR cans (storing temperature +5oC to 25oC, to be protected against direct insulation and frost, to be stored well closed in the original container)

Application

The carrying of gloves is recommended. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. The application should be checked at an inconspicuous spot or sample.

Preparation

The surface has to be cleaned carefully from dust, greasy and fatty pollution’s Advance Glass & Ceramic cleaner is recommended. Before coating, the surface must be clean, dry and non-greasy.

Coating

The coating will be carried out by rubbing and polishing with an Advance polishing-towel. The product should be spread over the clean surface sparingly and with rotating gestures. (Approx. 10 to 15 ml per m2 are required).

IMPORTANT

The drying of the applied materials requires 15 minutes at minimum. If the humidity is higher, an extension of the cure time is to be expected.

The treated surface will be polished afterwards only.

The “Easy to Clean” effect appears approx. 60 minutes after polishing. For best results leave the surface for 24 hours and then clean it with a clean cloth.

Proof of effectiveness through drop-test

On the whole surface, the water should form drops, not a regular coating.
