Description:
Excellent 2-Pack paint is prime quality automobiles refinish which offers.
· High structure paint
· Very good gloss and durability
· Good slip and mar resistance
· Very good chemicals resistance
· Good solvent resistance
· Outstanding gloss retention for a longer period of time because of its U.V. repellent properties
Uses:
Cars, Vehicle, Motor cycles, Scooters and other small jobs, where a high quality gloss finish is desired. It is equally suitable for both indoor and outdoor furniture
Mixing ratio : Thoroughly mix 2 parts of Excellent Paint with 1 Part of Excellent Hardener by volume, before use
Covering Capacity : 18 - 20 m2 per liter per coat
Film thickness : 15 – 20 Microns per coat
Number of Coats : 2 – 3
DRYING TIME
Dust Free : 5 – 10 Minutes
Hard drying time : 3 – 4 Hours
Pot Life : 4 Hours of mixed paint at 30o
Application : Conventional Spray
Thinner : 2K Excellent thinner
Gloss : Very Good
Process and Application:
Ensure that the surface is free from grease oil, dust and other contaminants. If necessary prepare by sanding to establish a smooth clean surface. Subsequently Excellent plus Paint can be applied directly over properly prepared surface. Mix 2 parts of 2K Excellent Paint with 1 part of 2K Excellent Hardener by volume stir thoroughly and dilute it to spray viscosity with 2K Excellent Thinner.
Precautions:
Excellent paint is meant for professional use only. It is flammable may cause sensitization by inhalation and skin contact. Use of proper spray mask and ventilation is recommended. Keep away from sources of ignition.
Note
Since the mixed paint has a limited pot life hence only that much quantity may be mixed which preferably be use up within 1 – 2 hours after its mixing.
